💼 About This Role

You'll lead commercial legal activities for the MENA region, supporting contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance. You'll drive deal-making and revenue generation while adapting to evolving AI regulations. This role offers the chance to grow Mistral as a regional AI leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the MENA commercial legal scope and case monitoring.
• Draft and negotiate AI-related service agreements.
• Provide legal training to business teams on AI compliance.
• Collaborate with product and compliance teams on regulatory updates.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of legal experience in technology or AI.
• Several years working with KSA and UAE markets.
• Solid knowledge of data privacy, IP, contract law, and export controls.
• Experience negotiating contracts for complex technologies (cloud and on-prem).
