You will architect the global strategy for compensation, benefits, equity, payroll, mobility, and HR systems to ensure every employee feels valued and empowered. Partner with executives and the Board, own financial stewardship, modernize HR operations with AI and automation, and lead a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • 14+ years in Total Rewards or Management Consulting
  • 5+ years leading teams in high-growth tech
  • Deep understanding of equity mechanics (RSUs, Options)
  • Data-obsessed with ability to translate complex data into clear forecasts
  • Agile leader who thrives in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve a multi-year global rewards philosophy
  • Advise CEO, CFO, CHRO and prepare for Compensation Committee meetings
  • Build sophisticated financial models for merit cycles, promotions, and equity burn rates
  • Ensure team understands value of equity, benefits, and perks
  • Lead AI and automation to streamline HR operations
