Description

You will own and manage end-to-end payroll operations for multiple European countries, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and standardization. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and support employee lifecycle events.

Requirements

• 4+ years multi-country payroll experience across European jurisdictions
• Strong knowledge of European labor law and statutory requirements
• Experience managing payroll implications of equity awards across jurisdictions
• Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems (Personio, UKG/Immedis, ADP, SAP)
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookup functions

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for Netherlands, Germany, UK, France, Austria
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and SOX controls
• Partner with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for Finance and HR teams
• Support audits and implement process improvements
