Requirements
- 5+ years in account management, sales, or customer success in SaaS
- 1+ years of people management experience
- Proven track record of retention and expansion in B2B SaaS
- Experience managing enterprise accounts
- Strong business acumen and strategic account planning skills
Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise accounts valued $800K-$1M, driving retention and expansion
- Lead weekly account reviews tracking retention, expansion, and revenue
- Coach and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers
- Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Synthesize customer feedback to influence product strategy
