In this dual role, you will manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts valued between $800K and $1M while leading and mentoring a team of Senior Customer Success Managers. You'll drive retention, expansion, and growth, and collaborate cross-functionally to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in account management, sales, or customer success in SaaS
  • 1+ years of people management experience
  • Proven track record of retention and expansion in B2B SaaS
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts
  • Strong business acumen and strategic account planning skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage enterprise accounts valued $800K-$1M, driving retention and expansion
  • Lead weekly account reviews tracking retention, expansion, and revenue
  • Coach and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers
  • Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
  • Synthesize customer feedback to influence product strategy
