- Lead a high-performing proposal operations and RFP management team.
- Design and implement scalable, SLA-driven proposal workflows.
- Optimize proposal content management systems and AI-enabled automation.
- Develop and monitor advanced proposal analytics and dashboards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations teams.
π Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7+ years in proposal management, sales operations, or sales enablement.
- 3+ years of leadership or people management experience.
- Expertise with RFPIO/Responsive, Loopio, or similar platforms.

- Experience with Salesforce and AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent writing and executive presentation skills.
