You'll lead the design function at Complete, a compensation software company backed by Accel and YC. Your work will directly shape product experience for startups like Linear and enterprises like Roblox. You'll own the entire design process from idea to launch, building design culture and strategy for a fast-growing team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build design culture and lead the design function
• Partner with cross-functional teams from idea to launch
• Translate business goals into product opportunities
• Define product information architecture and create prototypes

• Excellent visual and/or interaction design skills
• Systems-thinking ability beyond pixels
• Demonstrated ability to set vision and strategy for global products
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
