You'll lead product initiatives from definition through launch for a multiplayer project management platform serving deep tech teams working on rocket launches and advanced manufacturing. You'll drive execution and strategy while working closely with the VP of Product, CEO, and engineering leadership. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead product initiatives from definition through launch, ensuring timely delivery.
• Define and iterate on product specs from customer, engineering, and business input.
• Facilitate scoping and prioritization balancing feasibility, needs, and goals.
• Coordinate execution, proactively resolving roadblocks across teams.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional product management experience.
• Proven track record in fast-paced startup environments.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-stakeholder products end-to-end.
• Experience managing and reporting on metrics and roadmap progress.

• Experience with complex system interactions and multi-role access.
• Familiarity with government or defense sector customers.
• Experience designing products for both commercial and public-sector users.
