Description

You will lead business with national retail accounts, driving distribution and growth through strategic account plans, cross-functional collaboration, and performance management. Your focus will be on expanding AG1's presence in grocery and mass partners while optimizing trade spend and ensuring strong in-stock performance.

Requirements

  • Strong strategic thinking and financial discipline
  • Experience in trade financial management and P&L accountability
  • Ability to build relationships with buyers, category managers, and e-commerce partners
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Brand, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations
  • Experience preparing for line reviews, customer meetings, and new product launches

Responsibilities

  • Lead business with key national retail partners including Grocery and Mass accounts
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned to company priorities and retail growth objectives
  • Identify opportunities to expand distribution, improve placement, and increase account performance
  • Manage product placement, promotional calendars, and merchandising across in-store and digital channels
  • Own account forecasts and monitor performance against plan, analyzing sales and promotional results
