💼 About This Role

You'll own cohort- and growth analytics for a fast-growing AI-enabled B2B marketplace, partnering with GTM teams to drive efficiency and board-grade reporting. You'll help scale the FP&A function from 1 to 5, working with AI-native tools like Anthropic's Claude platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain cohort models across customers, suppliers, and product lines.
• Partner with GTM teams to analyze pipeline, conversion, and CAC/LTV.
• Own the core management reporting pack and board reporting cycles.
• Maintain short-term forecasts and annual operating plan with scenario analysis.
• Provide decision support and build business cases for strategic initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or top-tier strategy consultancy.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills including cohort and three-statement modeling.
• Solid grasp of how operational drivers flow through P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.

• Exposure to B2B marketplaces or fintech platforms.
• Curiosity or comfort with AI-native tools like Anthropic's Claude platform.
• Experience with Snowflake, NetSuite, or ThoughtSpot.
