Description

You will serve as the primary guardian of client infrastructure during off-peak hours, combining NOC, SOC, and VIP support. You'll triage security alerts, execute incident response, and provide white-glove support to ensure environments are stable and secure.

Requirements

  • 2+ years MSP experience in NOC or L2/L3 escalation role
  • Strong cybersecurity fundamentals and incident response experience
  • Advanced admin skills in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
  • Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VPN, IPSEC, VoIP, QoS)
  • Experience with WLAN technologies (Meraki, UniFi, Cisco) and NAS

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve service incidents per SLAs
  • Remediate alerts from monitoring tools (PRTG, Kaseya VSA, ConnectWise)
  • Triage and respond to security alerts using playbooks
  • Provide white-glove remote support for VIP clients after hours
  • Administer Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and backup solutions
