- Build strong relationships with stakeholders including executive leadership

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with sales teams
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise customer success or account management experience
- Proven ability to manage large, complex accounts
- Experience engaging C-level stakeholders
- Fluency in French and English
