You'll join the R&D team to design and optimize semiconductor materials and device structures for diamond wafer technology used in AI, EV power electronics, and 5G/6G. Your work will directly impact cutting-edge thermal management solutions for the world's hottest tech industries. This role offers hands-on experience in a well-funded, fast-growing unicorn.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize semiconductor materials and device structures
• Fabricate devices and test structures in cleanroom
• Characterize devices using TEM, SEM/FIB, XPS
• Develop sample preparation workflows for characterization

📋 Requirements

• MSc or PhD (in progress or completed) in Materials Science, Physics, or Electrical Engineering
• Hands-on experience with semiconductor microfabrication
• Understanding of semiconductor device physics
• Experience with materials or device characterization and data analysis
