You'll translate customer needs into product solutions for InterPayments' payments platform. You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to drive measurable impact and scale the platform. This customer-facing role is ideal for someone with strong product execution and deep curiosity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product execution from concept to delivery
• Translate customer needs into actionable product requirements
• Analyze product usage to inform roadmap decisions
• Partner with Engineering to scope and deliver solutions
• Engage directly with customers to validate solutions

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in customer-facing payments role
• Strong understanding of payment systems (gateways, ACH, tokenization)
• Experience translating user behavior and data into product decisions
• Proven ability to write clear product requirements and work with engineering

• Startup experience
• Familiarity with Jira and product analytics platforms
• Experience using AI tools for productivity and prototyping
