You'll own performance marketing for tenant and landlord acquisition in the DACH region, managing campaigns across Google Ads channels. You'll deeply analyze data to uncover performance drivers and run structured experiments. This role is perfect for a hands-on, analytical marketer who loves the craft.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage budgets and pacing daily for DACH paid channels
• Optimize campaigns across Search, PMax, Display, retargeting
• Investigate performance anomalies with query-level and auction analysis
• Document experiments with setup, assumptions, and learnings

📋 Requirements

• 2-4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads (Search, PMax)
• Strong analytical background combining platform and backend data
• Fluent German and English
