💼 About This Role

You'll build and run thermal-structural FEA models for reactor core components in a fast-paced startup environment. Your analyses will directly guide iterative design and ensure components meet performance and regulatory requirements. You'll collaborate closely with test engineers to validate models through real-world data.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain FEA models of reactor components
• Perform thermal-mechanical assessments against design requirements
• Collaborate with designers on sizing, material selection, and feedback
• Support test engineers with test design and data review

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 3+ years experience in thermal and structural analysis
• Experience with Non-Linear Thermal and Structural FEA models
• Competent in CAD software (Siemens NX or similar)

✨ Nice to Have

• Low Cycle and High Cycle Fatigue Analysis experience
• Tool writing in Python or MATLAB
• Experience with ASME BPVC Section III Div 5
