💼 About This Role

You'll oversee production of the JPMorganChase Corporate Challenge Series across 16 locations in 9 countries, managing all elements from planning to wrap-up. You'll partner with client and internal teams to ensure operational excellence and elevate event quality. This role offers the chance to lead a global, high-impact event series with a top experiential agency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary production contact for event planning with internal/external teams
• Plan and lead race planning, logistics, budget, and communications meetings
• Create detailed operational plans, timelines, and contingency procedures
• Reconcile budgets and prepare post-event analysis
• Source vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee premium fulfillment

📋 Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience producing large experiential programs/events
• 5+ years in running or multidiscipline event production
• Strong client/customer service experience and focus
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Smartsheet or similar tools
