You'll manage a roster of athletes, seeking out sponsorship and brand partnership opportunities to elevate their careers. You'll act as a trusted advisor, negotiating deals and developing personal branding strategies. This role offers the chance to work in a collaborative, top-tier talent management agency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and sign key players in sports and entertainment.
• Negotiate and execute sponsorships and brand partnerships.
• Develop personal branding and social media growth strategies.
• Meet monthly sales, revenue, and retention KPIs.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of B2B prospecting and sales experience.
• Experience working directly with athletes in partnership execution.
• Established connections in PR, sports media, and marketing.
• Proficiency in red-lining contracts to protect talent interests.

• Business degree in Administration, Law, Communications, or Marketing.
• Strong network in the entertainment world.
• Solid understanding of social media tools and analytics.
