💼 About This Role

You'll own our presence at industry events across North America, sourcing and executing tradeshows and conferences that drive real pipeline. This hands-on role partners with sales, marketing, and product to turn booth space into closed revenue. You'll have high visibility from day one, shaping how customers and the industry see us.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source, prioritize, and negotiate event sponsorships and contracts.
• Plan and execute end-to-end event logistics including booth design and shipping.
• Attend events in person as on-site point of contact.
• Drive pipeline with sales through pre-show meetings and post-show follow-ups.

📋 Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of experience in event marketing or field marketing.
• Event budget management experience including forecasting and ROI tracking.
• HubSpot familiarity or equivalent CRM skills.
• Willingness to travel 30-50% during peak seasons.

• Experience with event tools like Cvent, Splash, Bizzabo, or Goldcast.
• Background in B2B SaaS or fast-paced tech environment.
• Experience with international events or vendors.
