Responsibilities

• Coordinate job flow process across the agency in an organized and efficient manner
• Create and update timelines with input from relevant departments
• Develop and distribute internal daily and nightly status reports
• Coordinate and run weekly internal status meetings
• Prepare and maintain project site on SharePoint to reflect accurate job history
