You'll drive scalability, reliability, and efficiency of critical systems at a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform. You'll lead SRE initiatives and mentor engineers, architecting resilient solutions and implementing observability and automation best practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive SRE best practices including SLOs and SLAs
• Lead incident management and post-mortem analysis
• Implement advanced monitoring and observability strategies
• Mentor junior SREs and champion reliability culture

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Strong coding/scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash

✨ Nice to Have

• Chaos Engineering experience
• SRE Certifications from Datadog/Google
• AIOps and ML-based observability exposure
