💼 About This Role
You'll grow Teya's local presence by engaging with small and mid-sized businesses in Rijeka. Your mission is to drive sales, build relationships, and be the on-the-ground ambassador for the company. You'll own the sales cycle from start to finish, proactively visiting businesses to win new customers.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Engage with local small and mid-sized businesses to build relationships
- Proactively visit businesses and host meetings to sell products
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Use CRM systems to manage pipeline and follow-ups
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience
- Proven sales track record and customer retention
- Field-based work experience
- Fluent in Croatian and proficient in English
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience selling telecommunication, SaaS, or Fintech services
- Driver's license
