💼 About This Role

You'll grow Teya's local presence by engaging with small and mid-sized businesses in Rijeka. Your mission is to drive sales, build relationships, and be the on-the-ground ambassador for the company. You'll own the sales cycle from start to finish, proactively visiting businesses to win new customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Engage with local small and mid-sized businesses to build relationships
  • Proactively visit businesses and host meetings to sell products
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
  • Use CRM systems to manage pipeline and follow-ups

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience
  • Proven sales track record and customer retention
  • Field-based work experience
  • Fluent in Croatian and proficient in English

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling telecommunication, SaaS, or Fintech services
  • Driver's license
