Description
You will provide exceptional patient experiences through venipuncture and clinical support services. You'll serve as the first point of contact, manage front desk duties, and ensure a seamless in-office experience, contributing to a transformative healthcare environment.
Requirements
- Active phlebotomy certification to practice in WA
- At least 6 months relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of externship
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use technology suite including Slack, G-suite, Zoom, Electronic Medical Record System
- Customer-centric mindset with empathy and compassion
Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class venipuncture services across pediatrics to geriatrics
- Perform extended scope duties: EKGs, vitals, ear lavages, vaccines, PPD tests, swabs
- Maintain specimen labeling, handling, processing, inventory, and tool sterilization
- Handle front-of-house duties: check-in/out, insurance verification, scheduling, billing inquiries
- Contribute to team development through rounding, huddles, and problem-solving
