You'll act as the senior integrator across special-process domains like Additive Manufacturing, Surface Treatment, and Welding/Heat Treatment, ensuring production-wide capability growth. Your core mission is to own cross-functional industrialization and harmonize engineering standards. This role stands out by governing multi-process industrial readiness and leading strategic projects in aerospace.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end industrial readiness for multi-process assemblies.
• Define and maintain company-wide special process standards.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects like automation and layout optimization.
• Act as senior sparring partner for specialist engineers across domains.

📋 Requirements

• MSc in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Materials Engineering.
• 7–10+ years in aerospace or high-tech manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of at least two special processes (AM, coatings, welding/HT).
• Proven experience in industrialization leadership and TRL/MRL maturity assessments.
