Description

You will build new tools and user journeys to improve the hosting ecosystem, focusing on co-hosting and connections between hosts and co-hosts. You'll own key company problems, lead scoping and implementation, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years industry experience
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience
• Experience in building and scaling high-quality products (or systems) with operational excellence
• Strong collaboration skills across multiple timezones
• Ability to evaluate technical approaches and design product solutions
• Ability to drive alignment, manage projects and collaborate with stakeholders
• Mentorship to junior developers
• Fluency in HTML, CSS, Typescript, React and related web technologies
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Own key company level problem statements and drive critical projects
• Lead the scoping phase, technical requirements and implementation of new functionality
• Partner closely with engineering teams and cross-functional partners including PM, Design, Data, and TPM
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers
• Architect and implement complex features with data-driven decision making and performance optimizations
