You'll lead and grow Modulate's ML research team, building a Conversation Intelligence Platform that detects harm and fraud in voice environments. Your impact will span guiding technical strategy, mentoring researchers, and shipping high-quality ML models to enterprise customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide ML strategy and prioritize research efforts
• Mentor and support growth of researchers and engineers
• Design, train, and ship machine learning models
• Communicate model performance to stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Experience conducting ML research and shipping models
• Strong experience with Python and PyTorch
• Ability to guide complex ML systems and tradeoffs
• Leadership and communication skills

• Prior experience managing ML engineering teams
• Experience with audio models or speech systems
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
