As an Operations Lead, you will drive profitability and efficiency in the store by managing inventory processes, ensuring accuracy, and reducing shrink. You will coordinate shipment, replenishment, and visual standards to support a seamless retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating system gaps to GM
• Manage shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and sales floor recovery
• Champion strong visual standards and support floor set updates
• Maintain stockroom standards for safety and efficiency
