Description

You will lead a team of talented engineers, shape mobile architecture, and contribute directly to building PandaDoc's mobile apps. You'll balance technical ownership with team leadership, making key architectural decisions while mentoring engineers and ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience with significant mobile development and hands-on coding
• Proven experience leading mobile architecture and cross-platform solutions (React Native, iOS, Android)
• Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and mobile development best practices
• Experience building shared libraries, UI components, navigation frameworks, or developer tooling
• Experience working in a product organization, balancing business and technical priorities

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the architecture of PandaDoc's mobile applications on React Native across iOS and Android
• Drive technical decisions and set standards for code quality, testing, performance, and cross-team integrations
• Develop shared infrastructure, libraries, and components for use across multiple teams
• Improve developer experience, tooling, workflows, and CI/CD pipelines for mobile development
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers on career growth and technical challenges
