You'll own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles at Sierra, an AI customer experience platform. Your work directly shapes our team and candidate experience. This role offers ownership of end-to-end recruiting in a high-growth AI startup backed by top founders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, data, and infrastructure roles.
• Partner with hiring managers on role definition and hiring priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, and events.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and report insights to leadership.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech.
• Proven ability to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business goals.
• Strong network in the tech industry.
• Proficiency in using recruiting metrics to inform decisions.

• Understanding of technical roles and talent assessment.
