You will partner with Customer Support and Professional Services leadership to align talent strategy with business goals, driving performance, culture, and organizational effectiveness in a high-growth tech environment. This high-visibility role directly impacts customer experience and operational discipline.

Requirements

  • 7+ years HRBP experience including 5+ years in high-growth B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience advising senior leaders on talent strategy and org design in operational environments
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, metrics-driven organizations
  • Understanding of Customer Support and Professional Services operating models (SLAs, escalations, capacity planning)
  • Comfort making decisions with incomplete information

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Support and Services leadership on org design, capacity planning, and talent strategy
  • Guide workforce planning, succession, and organizational effectiveness
  • Drive performance operating rhythms aligned to support metrics (SLA, CSAT, productivity, attrition)
  • Coach leaders on accountability, performance management, and people leadership
  • Lead change management and engagement strategies for customer-facing teams
