💼 About This Role

You'll own design end-to-end across Binti's full product suite for child welfare software, collaborating with product managers to deeply understand user pain points. You'll drive our vision of finding every child a permanent and loving family by representing Binti's design philosophy. You'll leverage AI design tools to rapidly prototype concepts and level up our design system.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own design end-to-end across Binti's full product suite.
• Collaborate with product managers on early-stage research and ideation.
• Design and iterate on wireframes and high-fidelity mockups.
• Rapidly prototype concepts using AI design tools.
• Level up and maintain the design system.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX, UI, or product design.
• Expertise with AI design and prototyping tools like Lovable, Claude, or Cursor.
• Ability to dig into user needs and pain points in complex domains.
• Strong UX skills including workflow mapping and wireframing.
• Track record of mentoring teammates and implementing scalable processes.
