Description

As a Triage RN, you will use technology to triage patients to the right care at the right time, providing an exceptional virtual care experience via phone, messaging, video, and email. You'll document in EMR, coordinate lab and prescription orders, and optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered RN license in Puerto Rico
• 1+ years of clinical hospital experience
• Based in Puerto Rico
• Licensure in one or more US states is a plus
• Shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm, 5 days per week including alternating weekends

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients via phone, live messaging, video, and email
• Document within EMR and apply clinically validated triage protocols
• Coordinate lab orders, prescription orders, radiology tests, and patient care
• Troubleshoot technology with patients and ensure seamless call center experience
• Work on projects to optimize operational efficiency and improve telemedicine experience
