You'll own website development and optimisation across Montu UK and Alternaleaf, combining Webflow and Wix expertise with a strong focus on SEO and conversion rate optimisation. Your work will directly impact user journeys and business growth in a high-performance environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain website pages and templates using Webflow and Wix
• Implement custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for scalable components
• Manage conversion rate optimisation with A/B and multivariate testing
• Monitor site performance and user behaviour via analytics platforms

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in website marketing or digital strategy
• Hands-on expertise in Webflow and Wix
• Proficient in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and structured data

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of GDPR and data compliance
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation
