🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and support 2 development teams (mobile and product engineering)
• Coordinate with PMs and designers to translate requirements into plans
• Write and refine tickets and product requirement documents
• Build delivery plans and report progress to senior leadership

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager in a product-driven environment
• Strong familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and mobile/full-stack architecture
• Advanced English and native-level Ukrainian language skills
