You'll lead value assessments for Benchling's top enterprise customers, articulating the tangible business impact of the AI platform for biotech R&D. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams and create executive deliverables that bridge scientific challenges to Benchling's capabilities. This role offers the chance to shape value frameworks reused across the customer journey.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead value assessments during the sales process for enterprise customers
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, consulting, and product
• Create executive-level deliverables with current state analysis and future state recommendations
• Develop methodologies to quantify strategic, operational, and financial metrics

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years experience in a scientific domain (biologics, industrial biotech, or development)
• Masters or PhD in a scientific field or equivalent work experience
• Experience creating written deliverables assessing current state and proposing future state
• Strong executive presence and ability to establish credibility with senior leaders
