You'll lead and evolve a high-performing Customer Success function within a fast-growing SaaS environment serving the automotive repair industry. You'll oversee Enterprise and Scaled customer segments, building scalable engagement models and retention frameworks. This role blends strategy, operational rigor, and hands-on leadership in a remote-first collaborative environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers
- Design and refine engagement models for customer segments
- Build and operationalize Account Health Scoring system
- Develop playbooks, workflows, and knowledge systems
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years managing a Customer Success or Account Management team
- Proven experience with Enterprise-level accounts and tech-touch segments
- Strong analytical skills using CRM, Excel, or BI tools
- Ability to design scalable systems and processes

- Exposure to CS tools like Gainsight, ChurnZero, or Vitally
- Experience in SaaS or automotive industry
