You'll lead and evolve a high-performing Customer Success function within a fast-growing SaaS environment serving the automotive repair industry. You'll oversee Enterprise and Scaled customer segments, building scalable engagement models and retention frameworks. This role blends strategy, operational rigor, and hands-on leadership in a remote-first collaborative environment.

  • Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers
  • Design and refine engagement models for customer segments
  • Build and operationalize Account Health Scoring system
  • Develop playbooks, workflows, and knowledge systems

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years managing a Customer Success or Account Management team
  • Proven experience with Enterprise-level accounts and tech-touch segments
  • Strong analytical skills using CRM, Excel, or BI tools
  • Ability to design scalable systems and processes

  • Exposure to CS tools like Gainsight, ChurnZero, or Vitally
  • Experience in SaaS or automotive industry
