Description

You will lead the deployment and sustainment of air defense systems in hazardous zones, ensuring mission success through rigorous planning, execution, and customer relationship management. You represent Anduril to customers and translate their needs back to the engineering team.

Requirements

• Advanced STEM degree or 4+ years technical work experience in defense or aerospace
• Proven project management and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to operate independently in high-risk environments
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate deployment events including installations, tests, exercises, and training
• Manage cross-functional teams across hardware supply, logistics, and engineering
• Build trust with customers and partners through effective communication
• Develop deep understanding of customer mission requirements and constraints
• Become product expert on Anduril air defense systems
