You'll support licensed colorists at a Madison Reed Hair Color Bar, ensuring a seamless guest experience and learning services toward becoming a Licensed Colorist. You'll drive revenue through additional services and memberships while mastering color theory and application skills. This role offers paid training and a clear path to promotion.

• Perform behind-the-chair services like shampooing, blowouts, and toner application.
• Achieve monthly sales goals for retail, services, and memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards.
• Complete Assistant Colorist to Colorist training program.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Entry-level customer service or retail experience.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with point of sale systems.
