💼 About This Role

You'll support identification of federal business opportunities and manage relationships with defense/aerospace clients at Hadrian. You'll drive strategic sales plans and help onboard customers. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge autonomous manufacturing and direct impact on U.S. defense industrial base.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and prospect new federal business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with government and prime decision-makers
• Support proposal development and coordinate with technical teams
• Lead customer onboarding process and provide regular sales updates

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years experience in defense/aerospace/maritime industries
• Ability to develop deal strategy for defense/federal customers
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with DoD or defense primes
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, ITAR and relevant regulations

• Conversant in U.S. military acquisition programs and federal budgeting
• Skilled in data analysis and creating dashboards
