You'll lead the design and development of scalable backend systems for agent and consumer workflows, shaping solutions from concept through execution while influencing technical decisions across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS or equivalent
• 8+ years professional software development
• 3+ years system architecture and design
• Experience with backend systems (Python, NestJS, GraphQL, TypeScript, React, Next.js)
• Familiarity with data platforms (Snowflake, Airflow) and AWS preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of scalable backend systems
• Influence architectural and technical decisions across teams
• Partner with Product and Design to shape solutions
• Own system quality and production excellence
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and design discussions
