🎯 What You'll Do

• Contact adjusters and opposing counsel for settlement funds and documentation.
• Review settlement documents for discrepancies or errors.
• Monitor outstanding checks and update cash projections.
• Coordinate execution of settlement documents with clients.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience as a legal closing specialist, subrogation analyst, or settlements coordinator.
• Strong understanding of lien and subrogation laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
