You'll lead a sales team at Ebury, a fast-growing fintech platform for global business. Your core impact is training, coaching, and developing your team to exceed sales targets while driving revenue through client acquisition and relationship management. This role offers a path to country P&L leadership and regional directorship.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team to develop prospects and close deals.
- Pitch and close deals with prospective clients via phone and face-to-face.
- Manage new customer onboarding and first trades to ensure smooth transition.
- Forecast sales volume and implement regional sales programs and training plans.
๐ Requirements
- Proven track record of sales management in FX or cross-border financial services.
- Financial services experience, ideally with a client network.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrable ability to mentor, coach, and develop people.

- Experience with import/export lending or international payments.
- Ability to build relationships at senior levels within SME customers.
