You'll support the store leadership team in providing an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits, cover the sales floor, and assist with daily operations and sales targets. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience for customers
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of music and pop culture

• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Familiarity with store KPIs like UPT and ADT
