You'll manage high-value merchant accounts in the payments and fintech ecosystem, acting as a trusted advisor to drive revenue growth and optimize payment performance. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify upsell opportunities and resolve performance issues. This role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and business strategy.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic merchant accounts
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities via data analysis
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders
- Monitor payment KPIs and proactively address performance issues
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Account Management within FinTech or Payments
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems and transaction flows
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret transaction data and trends
