Description
You will lead a team of Strategic Account Executives in selling Braze's Customer Journey Orchestration platform. You'll develop and execute vertical go-to-market strategies for retail and consumer goods sectors, driving customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
Requirements
- 10+ years leading a team of 5+ quota-carrying Strategic Account Executives
- Proven ability to recruit, retain, inspire, and develop top talent
- Experience leading teams through full SaaS customer lifecycle
- Demonstrated success developing vertical go-to-market strategies in retail or consumer brands
- Excellent commercial, legal negotiation, verbal, and written presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Hire, nurture, and lead a team of world-class sales talent
- Set and execute aggressive customer acquisition and expansion strategy for the region
- Lead verticalization strategy for retail and consumer goods, developing sales playbooks and value propositions
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to build retail vertical go-to-market motion
- Coach team through sales process, participate in deals, and provide accurate sales forecasting
