💼 About This Role

You'll lead Pendulum's influencer and podcast marketing programs, building trusted relationships with creators and healthcare professionals. You'll translate strategy into campaigns that drive both brand trust and measurable business impact, owning performance tracking and ROI across the channel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage influencer relationships end-to-end, building a network of trusted creators.
• Execute influencer campaigns across paid, organic, affiliate, and whitelisting initiatives.
• Own performance tracking and reporting across influencer and podcast programs.
• Build and manage scalable systems for influencer marketing operations.

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or social media.
• Proven experience building and managing influencer relationships over time.
• Experience developing or working within structured influencer programs.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles including CAC, conversion, and ROI.

• Experience managing influencer or creator budgets and optimizing investment.
• Experience in health, wellness, or adjacent categories preferred.
