You'll serve as a key scientific and strategic partner to the Head of Global Medical Excellence, integrating and advancing Medical Excellence initiatives across the European region. Your core impact involves connecting science, strategy, and execution between global and regional Medical Affairs teams. This role offers the opportunity to drive digital transformation in Medical Affairs and shape scientific quality governance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate medical strategy into aligned Medical Excellence priorities.
• Connect scientific themes and strategic objectives across Medical Excellence functions.
• Act as liaison between Global Medical Excellence and European Medical Affairs teams.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, including medical systems and reporting tools.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree in life sciences (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent).
• 10+ years experience in Medical Affairs or Medical Strategy.
• Experience working in global-regional Medical Affairs models.
• Strong scientific acumen to synthesize complex data.

• Experience with RAS-targeted therapies or oncology.
• Familiarity with digital transformation in Medical Affairs.
