You will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Celonis' Retail & CPG Industry Practice, building and scaling software solutions that solve critical business challenges. Work with cross-functional teams across sales, product, engineering, and AI to drive outcomes for top retail and consumer goods companies.

Requirements

• Proven record of building and leading cross-functional teams delivering software solutions for Retail CPG
• High degree of entrepreneurship with experience in 0-to-1 environments
• Excellence in public speaking and external presentations
• Experience developing enterprise software solutions with a strong portfolio of successful use cases
• Strong communication skills to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Retail CPG industry practice
• Lead and grow a cross-functional team across Value Engineering, Sales, and AI Builders
• Engage directly with customers to align solutions with their business strategy
• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to inform product development
• Identify and package scalable use cases to expand Celonis offerings
