💼 About This Role

You'll join Sofar's global network to curate and produce intimate live music experiences in Waterford/Wexford. You'll own everything from artist booking and venue selection to promotion and ticket sales, building local community partnerships. This freelance role offers flexibility and ownership over your city's cultural events.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Promote and sell tickets using self-directed local marketing tactics
• Lead curation and booking of artists and venues for monthly shows
• Manage financial performance and ensure profitability of each event
• Build relationships with local businesses for sponsorships and private events

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in live event curation, production, and promotions
• Deep connections to local scene and active community building
• Experience selling event sponsorships or marketing activations
• Strong pulse on local neighborhoods and where people spend free time
