💼 About This Role

You'll lead a mixed-age toddler classroom in a Montessori environment, helping children develop language, coordination, and confidence. You'll create a calm, purposeful space where toddlers explore and grow independently, laying the foundation for lifelong learning.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Observe each child to support physical, emotional, and cognitive development
• Prepare and maintain an orderly classroom fostering focus and independence
• Provide lessons in practical life skills, language, and grace and courtesy
• Collaborate with parents and team to create a respectful community

📋 Requirements

• Experience working with children ages 0-3 in group care
• Alignment with child-led educational approaches (Montessori, Reggio Emilia)
• ECE or Child Development credits required
• Bachelor's degree in a child-related field
