Description

You will work on SpaceX's Starship program, performing ropes access operations for assembly, testing, and repairs. Your role is critical to enabling human space exploration by ensuring safe and efficient access solutions in complex environments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years experience on a critical lift team or logistics/transport team
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted
• Willing to travel up to 25% and work all shifts, overtime, and weekends
• Capable of working at heights (up to 500ft) and in confined spaces

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop safe ropes access solutions in new and changing environments
• Manage communication, equipment integrity, and process guidelines for safe ropes access operations
• Climb in various conditions to set up ropes access and haul team members/equipment
• Operate within and enforce SPRAT and IRATA guidelines
• Train team members on ropes access solutions, develop rigging for large assemblies, and work at heights
